Suggested Itinerary#

Day 1 – Bled
Scheduled flight to Slovenia from your preferred airport – transfer with our tour manager in our private executive coach to the 4* Best Western Plus Lovec Hotel in Bled.
Day 2 – Guided tour of Lake Bled, Bled Castle & Traditional Pletna boat excursion to Bled Island
Morning at leisure to take in the beauty of Lake Bled – scenic guided tour this afternoon includes Bled Castle, the oldest castle in Slovenia and perched above the glacial Lake Bled, and a traditional Pletna boat excursion to Bled Island to visit the Church of the Assumption, dating back to the 17th century.
Day 3 – Guided tour of Ljubljana
Guided tour of Ljubljana takes in the Baroque Old Town which is nestled at the foot of Castle Hill, the Art Nouveau mansions and some of the masterpieces of the world renowned architect Jože Plečnik – afternoon at leisure to further explore this Baroque city.
Day 4 – Postojna Caves & Lipica Stud Farm
The day is at leisure or you may choose to join our optional excursion to the picturesque south western region of Slovenia – Postojna is one of the world’s largest cave systems that are accessed by underground train – at Lipica enjoy a riding performance of the famous Lipizzaner horses.
Day 5 – Cruise from Izola to Portoroz & Piran
The picturesque Adriatic coastline is our destination today – an included cruise takes us from Izola to Portoroz, home to one of the largest marinas on the Adriatic coast – Piran has preserved its medieval layout with narrow streets and compact houses which rise in steps from the coastal lowland into the hills and give the whole area a typical Mediterranean look.
Day 6 – Bled
Morning at leisure in Bled – transfer to the airport for our scheduled flight home.
