Suggested Itinerary#

Your itinerary is exclusively yours to tailor to suit your group's interests and profile of your members. Here is our suggested itinerary:

Day 1 – Reims

Board our private executive coach at your designated pick up points – take the cross Channel ferry from your preferred port – continue to Reims and check in to the 3* Grand Hotel Continental.

Day 2 – Châlons en Champagne, boat cruise & champagne tasting

Guided tour of Châlons en Champagne includes a visit to the Gothic Cathédrale St Etienne with its Baroque portal, Romanesque crypt and vivid medieval windows – crossed by the River Marne and the Mau and the Nau Canals, our cruise through Châlons en Champagne explores its beauty and architecture from a new perspective – after free time for lunch, an included tour and tasting at the Joseph Perrier Champagne House.

Day 3 – Marne Valley, Epernay & Mercier Champagne House

Guided tour along the Marne Valley through champagne vineyards and picturesque villages – at Epernay, the centre of the Champagne industry, we see the famous Champagne Avenue and enjoy a tour and tasting at the Mercier Champagne House – free time at leisure in Epernay or you may choose to join our optional cruise along the idyllic Marne River on board the ‘Le Champagne Vallée’ paddle steamer from nearby Cumieres.

Day 4 – Arras

En route home we stop at the historic town of Arras where we have time at leisure for lunch – continue for our Channel crossing back to the UK and then return to our original departure points with comfort stops en route.

Remember, every element of this itinerary can be adjusted. If you'd like to change the days, add different activities, or adjust the pace, just let us know.
