Suggested Itinerary#

Your itinerary is exclusively yours to tailor to suit your group's interests and profile of your members. Here is our suggested itinerary:

Day 1 – Marrakech

Scheduled flight to Marrakech from your preferred airport – transfer with our guide in our private executive coach to the 5* Radisson Blu Marrakech Carre Eden Hotel in Marrakech – dinner in the hotel.

Day 2 – Marrakech guided tour

Half day city tour takes in the outside of 12th century Koutoubia Mosque, Morocco’s most famous and whose minaret is regarded as a symbol of Marrakech, the beautiful carvings of the Saadian Tombs, the fine architecture of the ancient Bahia Palace and the Menara Basin, built for military exercises in the 12th century – included lunch at a carefully selected restaurant in the main square – afternoon in the Souks, a maze of hundreds of shops, small streets and narrow alleyways and a feast for the senses with row after row of spices, perfumed oils, magic potions, silver and gold, leather goods, carpets and rugs.

Day 3 – Jardin Majorelle

One of many Marrakech gardens providing a haven of peace and tranquillity, Jardin Majorelle is owned by Yves Saint-Laurent and features cacti, exotic plants and trees amid pools, streams and fountains – afternoon free to explore Marrakech at leisure or to relax at the hotel.

Day 4 – Ourika Valley

Full day in the peaceful Ourika Valley, located approximately 60 kilometres from Marrakech in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains – the small mud houses dotted along the Valley give no clue to the 21st century life we have just left behind and included lunch is at an authentic berber house powered by a water mill – optional evening meal of traditional Moroccan cuisine and entertainment at the excellent Chahramane Palais.

Day 5 – Marrakech

Morning free to explore Marrakech – transfer to the airport for our scheduled flight home.

  • Essaouira - two and a half hour drive to the port of Essaouira on the Atlantic Ocean, Morocco’s most prosperous city in the 17th and 18th century and still one of North Africa’s most beautiful cities with a mixture of French, Portuguese and Berber architecture

  • Village of Aït Benhaddou - travelling up into the Atlas Mountains, this picturesque UNESCO listed village is located on the left bank of Wadi Mellah and has often been used as a film location

  • Fes, Meknes, Rabat & Casablanca - by combining with stays in Fes, Casablanca and Essaouira

Four nights at the 5* Radisson Blu Marrakech Carre Eden Hotel. Located in between the Gueliz District and the historical quarter in Marrakech, facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, bar, gymnasium and all rooms are en suite. A welcome dinner is served in the hotel on the first evening and the remaining three nights are on bed and breakfast basis. Our tour also includes lunches on Days 2 & 3.
